United States Eighth Circuit
Diallo v. Mukasey, 07-1237
A petition for review of a denial of an application for asylum and related relief is dismissed in part and denied in part over claims that the BIA erred in: 1) upholding an IJ's adverse credibility determination; and 2) upholding the IJ's finding that changed country conditions precluded a determination petitioner would face persecution if removed to her native country of Sierra Leone.
