Harris v. Chand, 06-2315

In an action brought by African-American former employee against ADT Security Services for race discrimination and retaliation in violation of Title VII, judgment pursuant to a jury verdict for defendant is affirmed over claims that the district court erred in: 1) allowing the use of after-acquired evidence; 2) excluding evidence of similarly situated incidents; and 3) restricting the presentation of plaintiff's case.
