Denial of a petition for habeas relief seeking review of a BOP designation of the place where defendant will serve a federal prison sentence is affirmed where: 1) the BOP correctly found no evidence that the federal sentencing judge intended the sentences at issue to be concurrent with any later imposed state sentence; and 2) there was no abuse of discretion in a finding it was not in the interest of the criminal justice system to grant a nunc pro tunc designation.
