US v. White, 06-3781, 06-3886

A conviction and sentence for possessing, as well as receiving and distributing, child pornography is affirmed over claims on appeal and cross-appeal that: 1) the evidence was insufficient; 2) the district court improperly imposed two sentencing enhancements when calculating an advisory guideline range of 108 to 135 months; and 3) a downward variance from the advisory guideline range was improper.
