United States Eighth Circuit

Casey v. Astrue, 06-3841

Denial of disability insurance and supplemental security income benefits is affirmed where it was supported by substantial evidence, as an ALJ: 1) did not give improper weight to medical evidence in determining that she was not disabled; 2) did not improperly discredit claimant's subjective complaints; and 3) did not err in determining claimant's residual functional capacity (RFC).
