US v. Rolon-Ramos, 07-1066

Convictions and sentences for conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine and aiding and abetting the possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime are affirmed in part and reversed in part and vacated as to the sentence where: 1) the evidence was sufficient to support the convictions; but 2) the evidence did not support a drug quantity determination, and resentencing was warranted.
