United States Eighth Circuit

US v. Lee, 06-3438

A sentence and restitution order for bank fraud and aggravated identity theft is affirmed in part as to the restitution order as defendant's challenge to it was precluded by his plea agreement. However, the sentence of imprisonment is vacated and remanded as a decision to run certain sentences consecutively did not have an adequate explanation, and thus was unreasonable.
