US v. Marquez-Alvarado, 06-3827

A conviction and sentence for, inter alia, conspiracy to distribute marijuana is affirmed over claims that: 1) the district court erred by allowing the jury to hear testimony regarding unrelated and prejudicial cocaine transactions that took place prior to and during the charged marijuana conspiracy; and 2) he should not have received a sentencing role enhancement.
