US v. Sparkman, 06-3520

Defendant's conviction for offenses relating to a scheme to defraud defendant's business's insurer by burning an office building and two vehicles is affirmed over claims that the district court: 1) violated his right to due process and compulsory process by refusing to compel an individual's testimony or to continue the trial until he could appear; 2) erred in making various evidentiary rulings.
