US v. Pruett, 06-3500

A conviction on counts relating to the possession and distribution of methamphetamine is affirmed over claims that the district court erred by: 1) admitting evidence derived from a search of his residence; 2) denying a motion to dismiss two counts allegedly filed in retaliation for his refusal to plead guilty; 3) denying his motion for a judgment of acquittal on a charge of conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine; 4) denying his motion for a new trial; and 5) submitting to the jury a charge of use of a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime.
