United States Eighth Circuit

Davidson v. Astrue, 06-2586

A decision denying claimant's application for disability insurance benefits is affirmed where: 1) even if certain medical reports were deemed relevant to the issue of claimant's earlier condition, they did not undermine an ALJ's conclusion that claimant could perform sedentary work during the relevant time period; and 2) substantial evidence supported the ALJ's finding that some of claimant's claims about her own pain and limitations were not credible.
