US v. McAdory, 06-2128

Convictions stemming from defendant's involvement in nine bar robberies are affirmed where: 1) the evidence was sufficient to support convictions for conspiracy and Hobbs Act violations; 2) defendant waived a Speedy Trial Act claim; and 3) claims of ineffective assistance counsel should be brought in 28 U.S.C. section 2255 proceedings.
