In an action claiming intentional infliction of emotional distress, summary judgment to defendant on the ground that plaintiff failed to support her claim with expert medical testimony is reversed, as the circuit court predicts that the Missouri Supreme Court would recognize medically documented damages need not be proven in order for a plaintiff to establish the tort of intentional infliction of emotional distress.
