US v. Ball, 06-4135

A conviction and sentence for conspiring to possess with the intent to distribute methamphetamine and being a user of a controlled substance in possession of a firearm is affirmed over challenges to: 1) a denial of defendant's motions to suppress; 2) four evidentiary rulings; 3) the sufficiency of the evidence to support his convictions; and 4) the reasonableness of his sentence.
