Well-Bey v. Roper, 06-2105

Denial of an application for a writ of habeas corpus in a first degree murder case is affirmed over claims of error regarding: 1) improper admission of hearsay evidence and a state court's incorrect application of the harmless error standard in reviewing the error; 2) improper exclusion of certain business records; and 3) a Batson challenge.
