Maness v. Dist. Court of Logan County-N. Div., 06-1909

Preservice dismissal of a 42 U.S.C. section 1983 action against a judge, prosecutor, and court clerk is affirmed as the dismissal of the complaint under 28 U.S.C. section 1915(e)(2)(B) was not error as defendants had either absolute or qualified immunity on the claims at issue.
