O'Neil v. City of Iowa City, 06-3671
In an action by the former Iowa City Airport Manager alleging that he was terminated in retaliation for exercising his First Amendment rights and that his due process liberty interest in his reputation was violated, denial of summary judgment for defendants based on qualified immunity the case is remanded so that the district court may properly analyze the defendants' motion for partial summary judgment based on qualified immunity.
