HOK Sport, Inc. v. FC Des Moines, L.C., 06-2433

In action for unjust enrichment and breach of contract concerning a contract for the design of a sport facility for a soccer club, a judgment pursuant to a jury verdict for plaintiff is affirmed over claims that: 1) the jury instructions misstated the applicable law in three ways; 2) insufficient evidence supports disregarding defendant's corporate form; and 3) one defendant was not a proper party.
