In an action claiming that plaintiff had been constructively discharged in violation of the Arkansas Civil Rights Act of 1993, summary judgment for defendant-employer is affirmed as: 1) a co-worker's authority to assign plaintiff to particular tasks was not sufficient to make him a supervisor; 2) thus, because he was not her supervisor, plaintiff was required to show that defendant either knew of or should have known of the co-worker's conduct; and 3) there was no evidence to that effect.
