Knight v. Auto Zone, Inc., 06-3509

In a suit against a former employer alleging that plaintiff was fired in violation of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, denial of defendant's motion for judgment as a matter of law is affirmed where plaintiff offered sufficient evidence upon which a reasonable juror could have relied in concluding that defendant terminated plaintiff's employment based on his age.
