Conviction and sentence for conspiracy to manufacture and distribute methamphetamine are affirmed over defendant's arguments that the district court erred in: 1) denying his motion to dismiss based upon the Speedy Trial Act; 2) its handling of government hearsay testimony; 3) admitting evidence of prior convictions; 4) refusing a jury instruction offered by defendant; 5) failing to grant a downward departure at sentencing; and 6) applying an enhancement for prior drug convictions.
