Winfrey v. Simmons Foods, Inc., 06-3353

In a suit between a meatpacking company and its poultry growers, a district order affirmed an arbitration award against the meatpacker is affirmed where the arbitration contract did not require the parties' selected arbitrators to be neutral, and even if the poultry growers' chosen arbitrator exhibited evidence bias, plaintiff presented no evidence of prejudice.
