US v. Banks, 06-2957

Conviction and sentence for drug-related offenses and endeavoring to intimidate an officer of the U.S. are affirmed over claims that the district court erred in: 1) declining to take curative action in response to an alleged discovery violation committed by the government; 2) admitting a letter containing references to the "Crips" gang; 3) failing to compel the presence of three defense witnesses; and 4) failing to make more explicit drug quantity findings during sentencing.
