US v. Grant, 06-3649

Denial of a motion to suppress evidence in a prosecution for possessing child pornography and criminal forfeiture is affirmed where: 1) an affidavit supplied in support of a search warrant application was sufficient to establish probable cause that defendant's computer contained child pornography; and 2) even if the affidavit was insufficient, the Leon good-faith exception applied under the circumstances.
