Ikenokwalu-White v. Gonzales, 05-3920, 06-2861

In immigration proceedings, petitions for review of denials of petitioner-mother's request for a continuance, and of the BIA's revocation of an immediate relative petition and denial of petitioner-son's motion to reopen, are denied where: 1) the court lacked jurisdiction to review the denial the motion to continue a removal hearing; and 2) the court also lacked jurisdiction to review the immediate relative petition case filed by the son.
