Sholla v. Gonzales, 06-2925

Petition for review of a denial of applications for asylum and related relief, in which petitioner alleged that he was the victim of political persecution in Albania, is granted and the matter remanded where the evidence would compel any reasonable fact finder to conclude that petitioner suffered past persecution as a result of his political beliefs.
