In a bank's declaratory judgment action brought against a husband and wife, and their family farm and ranch business located on tribal land, seeking to have a tribal judgment of a tribal Court of Appeals declared null and void, a decision upholding the judgment is affirmed over claims that: 1) the tribal courts lacked jurisdiction over the underlying discrimination claim brought by husband and wife; and 2) bank was denied due process by the tribal proceedings.
