US v. Radosh, 06-2218, 06-3158

A conviction, upon retrial, for being a felon in possession of a firearm is affirmed over claims of error regarding: 1) the sufficiency of the evidence; 2) denial of defendant's motion to dismiss the reprosecution on double jeopardy grounds; 3) denial of a motion to disqualify the U.S. Attorney's office; and 4) denial of a motion to exclude a government witness, whose testimony caused a mistrial, from testifying at the second trial.
