United States Eighth Circuit

Gebresadik v. Gonzales, 06-2420

Petition for review of a denial of Ethiopian petitioner's application for asylum and related relief is denied where: 1) there was sufficient evidence to support an IJ's conclusion that because petitioner failed to meet her burden of proof, she is not eligible for asylum; 2) consequently she was ineligible for withholding relief; and 3) the conclusions that supported denying asylum and withholding also supported denying CAT claims.
