Craftsmen Limousine, Inc. v. Ford Motor Co., 06-1559

In a suit brought by a limousine building company raising an antitrust claim against Ford and a coachbuilding company, summary judgment for defendants is affirmed where plaintiff failed to produce evidence sufficient to allow a reasonable jury to conclude that it satisfied its burden of proving the unreasonableness of the restraint at issue given "a variety of factors" under the rule of reason.
