US v. Perales, 06-1423

A sentence for possessing cocaine with intent to distribute is affirmed where, for purposes of a U.S.S.G. section 4A1.1(d) assessment, the district court correctly determined that defendant committed the instant offense while he was under a criminal justice sentence.
