United States Eighth Circuit

US v. Daily, 05-3952

Defendant's conviction for conspiracy to commit bank robbery is affirmed over claims that the district court: 1) erred in denying his motion to dismiss the indictment under the Interstate Agreement on Detainers Act (IADA); and 2) abused its discretion in permitting the government to present evidence of a witness's pretrial identification.
