US v. Jennings, 06-1889

A former member of the Minnesota House of Representatives' conviction and sentence for mail fraud is affirmed over claims of insufficiency of evidence and that the district court erred: 1) in its jury instructions; 3) in admitting certain evidence; 4) in its application of the advisory Sentencing Guidelines; and 5) in ordering defendant to forfeit his personal gain from the scheme.
