In a pro se 42 U.S.C. section 1983 action claiming that a jail's medical staff was deliberately indifferent to a former prisoner's serious medical needs and retaliated against him for refusing to visit a dentist, and also challenging a "pull-teeth-only" county policy, summary judgment for defendants is affirmed as: 1) the state produced medical records that the care provided was adequate, and plaintiff could not create a question of fact by merely stating that the treatment was not adequate; 2) plaintiff failed to offer any proof that defendants retaliated against him for refusing to visit the county dentist; and 3) plaintiff lacked standing to challenge defendants' "pull-teeth-only" policy.
