Poolman v. City of Grafton, 06-3220

In a 42 U.S.C. section 1983 action brought by police officer who was terminated for misconduct, setting forth due process and state law claims, summary judgment for defendants-city and officials is affirmed where an alleged disputed fact had no bearing on plaintiff's property interest or liberty interest claims, and plaintiff did not contest the substance of accusations leveled against him.
