In an employment discrimination suit brought under state and federal law against defendant-Sam's Club, summary judgment for defendant is affirmed where: 1) the district court did not err in finding plaintiff's hostile work environment claims under Title VII and the Missouri Human Rights Act (MHRA), and her gender discrimination claim under the MHRA, were untimely; 2) plaintiff failed to show she suffered any adverse employment action, for purposes of a prima facie case of gender discrimination under Title VII; and 3) plaintiff failed to present sufficient evidence to establish a prima facie case under the Equal Pay Act.
