Abdul-Muhammad v. Kempker, 05-1872
In a 42 U.S.C. section 1983 action filed by Missouri inmates, dismissal of the action for failure to exhaust all available administrative remedies as required by the Prison Litigation Reform Act (PLRA) is affirmed in part as to one inmate who did not petition for certiorari review after prior proceedings, but reversed in part as to the other inmate pursuant to the Supreme Court's recent decision in Jones v. Bock, 127 S. Ct. 910 (2007).
