US v. Opare-Addo, 06-2431

A conviction of violating or aiding and abetting the violation of the Clean Water Act is affirmed as sufficient evidence supported the counts of conviction even though a jury acquitted defendant of personally committing the acts of discharging untreated liquid industrial waste directly into public sewer system.
