US v. Jiminez, 06-3755

A conviction for conspiracy to distribute and to possess with intent to distribute methamphetamine is affirmed where the district court did not abuse its discretion as to certain contested evidentiary rulings, and a reasonable jury could have found defendant guilty beyond a reasonable doubt on the evidence presented.
