United States Eighth Circuit

US v. Lyons, 06-3292, 06-3344

Convictions for possession with intent to distribute marijuana are affirmed over claims that, for purposes of a motion to suppress, the district court erred in concluding that: 1) an arresting officer had reasonable suspicion to detain defendants after the officer concluded the traffic stop; and 2) a canine search of defendants' vehicle was legal.
