In an action brought by worker injured in an accident at work while operating a power press machine against defendants, out-of-state power press manufacturer and in-state supervisor, denial of plaintiff's motion to remand the removed action and dismissal of non-diverse defendant-supervisor are affirmed where supervisor was immune from suit under state workers' compensation law.
