A conviction and sentence for conspiracy to transport illegal aliens and conspiracy to launder money is affirmed over claims that: 1) the court erred in denying a suppression motion; 2) the prosecutor engaged in misconduct; 3) the court should have held a competency hearing; and 4) his sentence is unreasonable.
