United States Eighth Circuit

Page v. Astrue, 06-2139

Denial of claimant's application for disability insurance benefits and supplemental security income is affirmed where: 1) the residual functional capacity (RFC) assessed by the ALJ is supported by substantial evidence; 2) substantial evidence supported a finding that her psychological limitations were non-severe; and 3) the ALJ did not err in relying on a vocational expert's testimony that claimant could perform a significant range of light work, as hypothetical questions posed to the expert included all of the impairments supported by the record and the expert limited his answer to those factors.
