Grayson v. Ross, 04-3577

Pursuant to an answer provided by the Arkansas Supreme Court, which adopted the deliberate indifference standard of care to be applied under state law to pre-trial detainees, the district court's application of the deliberate indifference standard to plaintiff's claim under the Arkansas Civil Rights Act is affirmed.
