United States Eighth Circuit
US v. Proell, 06-3324
A conviction for drug- and weapons-related offenses is affirmed over a claim of erroneous denial of a motion to suppress evidence where, even if testimony of officers regarding the basis for searching two contiguous properties failed to provide a sufficient nexus between defendant's property and the illegal activity being investigated, the officers were not entirely unreasonable in believing the warrant was supported by probable cause under the totality of the circumstances.
