US v. McCoy, 06-4197

Defendant's conviction for possessing child pornography is affirmed over a claim of erroneous denial of a suppression motion where: 1) the facts established probable cause to search defendant's computer for child pornography; and 2) although a warrant application did not establish probable cause to search defendant's car, an officer acted in good faith in executing the warrant based on a magistrate's approval.
