US v. Timlick, 06-1929

A conviction for possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine and cocaine is affirmed where the evidence was sufficient for a reasonable jury to find beyond a reasonable doubt that defendant knowingly possessed contraband found in an SUV with intent to distribute it in violation of 21 U.S.C. section 841(a)(1).
