US v. Patterson, 06-3050

A conviction and sentence for drug and firearm-related offenses is affirmed where: 1) the district court did not err in finding defendant consented to search of area where weapon and drugs were spotted; 2) a six-level enhancement under Guidelines Sec. 2D1.1(b)(8)(C), based on the substantial risk of harm defendant's meth lab posed to a minor living in the household, was proper; and 3) the sentence was not unreasonable.
