United States Eighth Circuit
Hudson v. ConAgra Poultry Co., 06-2596
In a dispute brought by plaintiffs who entered into a contract to raise chickens for ConAgra Poultry, orders compelling arbitration and denying plaintiffs' post-arbitration motion to vacate, modify, or correct the award are affirmed where: 1) the district court did not err in compelling arbitration of plaintiffs' tort claims; and 2) the arbitration panel did not misapply the law in dismissing the tort claims on the basis of res judicata.
