United States Eighth Circuit
Roberson v. Astrue, 06-2407
A decision denying social security disability insurance benefits and supplemental security income to claimant suffering from bipolar disorder is affirmed where: 1) the evidence did not compel a conclusion that claimant met a listing for bipolar disorder; and 2) an ALJ did not err in assessing claimant's residual functional capacity or in finding that she could return to her past work.
